KARLY SICILIANO

With a BA in Hospitality and a Master’s in Italian Cuisine & Design, Karly has honed her craft across some of Italy’s most respected kitchens. From leading the line at Buca dell’Orafo to developing recipes for UNA Hotels and working alongside chef Fabio Picchi, her experience is rich and diverse. Today, she brings this depth into everything she does, whether she’s leading a cooking class, consulting for retreats, or baking gluten-free desserts in her Florence kitchen.
